Expérience acquise dans les domaines du renseignement, des enquêtes et de la sécurité nationale
J3 Global Solutions brings together senior expertise developed across some of the most demanding intelligence, investigative, law-enforcement and security environments in Canada and internationally.
Our experience encompasses national security, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, serious and organized crime, financial crime, intelligence operations, international security, threat assessment and complex investigations.
That experience shapes how J3 approaches every engagement.
From Information to Intelligence
Modern investigations can generate enormous quantities of information.
Finding information is only the beginning.
J3 applies structured intelligence methodologies to determine what needs to be known, identify intelligence gaps, assess sources and reliability, recognize relationships and patterns, develop investigative hypotheses and determine what additional collection or investigation is required.
Our objective is to transform fragmented information into intelligence that addresses the client's underlying question.
Advanced Open-Source Intelligence
Open-source intelligence is substantially more than Internet research.
J3 applies advanced OSINT methodologies to identify, collect, correlate and analyze information concerning individuals, organizations, relationships, activities, digital footprints, assets and risk indicators across publicly available and lawfully accessible sources.
OSINT can support complex corporate investigations, enhanced due diligence, background intelligence, litigation, insider-threat matters, online threat assessment, reputational risk and strategic decision-making.
The value is not simply in finding information. It is in understanding its relevance, reliability and relationship to the broader intelligence picture.
Investigation Management
Complex investigations require more than individual investigative techniques.
They require investigative strategy.
J3 brings senior experience to establishing investigative objectives, identifying intelligence gaps, developing lines of inquiry, coordinating multiple investigative streams, assessing emerging information and continuously determining where resources should be focused.
This intelligence-led approach is particularly valuable when matters are complex, sensitive, cross-border or characterized by incomplete, conflicting or deliberately concealed information.
Strategic Security Expertise
J3's capabilities extend beyond investigations.
Our national-security, law-enforcement, intelligence and risk experience allows us to assess security challenges within their broader strategic and operational context.
We provide senior decision-makers with practical, evidence-based advice concerning threats, vulnerabilities, risk, protective security and complex security environments.
Expertise Trusted by Other Experts
A significant measure of professional expertise is whether other experienced professionals choose to rely upon it.
Investigation agencies, security consulting firms and professional-services organizations engage J3 to support, manage or lead assignments requiring specialized intelligence, investigative or security capabilities.
J3 may operate as the lead advisor, provide specialized expertise within a larger engagement or work discreetly behind the scenes in support of another professional firm.
These relationships allow J3 to complement existing capabilities while maintaining the confidentiality and professional relationships of the organizations that retain us.
Boutique by Design
J3 is intentionally structured as a specialized advisory firm.
Our value is not measured by headcount.
It is measured by the expertise applied to the problem.
Clients benefit from senior attention, discretion, agility and the ability to bring together highly specialized expertise according to the requirements of each engagement.
